They did a full service on my car and brought it back to me quickly. I can't thank them enough.

This is not your typical dealership, The staff in the shop keep a super clean workplace. I was impressed with the car collection upstairs. Mike in service took care of my Z28. with no problems, It was spotless when I pick up after hours. If you can check out this place.

I took my cadillac in for its first service and it was a breeze. Katelyn H. took me in right away and noted all my concerns immediately. She quickly got my car into service and fixed everything i asked them to. I returned to a fresh clean working vehicle and couldn’t happier! I recommend this dealership the lounge was a awesome perk as well.
Had my water pump changed and the final bill was $800 less than quoted so very pleased. Car runs like new again.

A big, HUGE thank you to Kirk and the rest of the #cartercadillacyyc team for helping me out on the coldest day of the year. I got a flat tire on my way home and Carter Cadillac was the closest dealership I could think of to see if I could use their service bay to change my tire.
